Well, if you are here - we've done it. The non-profit is up and running *no pun intended. Reflecting back to this race, our first one - it was a challenge I needed to prove to myself - I could achieve. That day I did, we all did - even my mom there on the end who also has Parkinson's. I cannot say the entire race was without a concrete greeting. Infact, within the first of those 3.1 miles one of us decided to greet the ground. I'll say it again though, WE ALL CROSSED THAT FINISH LINE. The four people in this picture that do not have Parkinson's, showed up that day simply out of love (and to make sure I could achieve my dream). If you are reading this and have Parkinson's, know there are many of us fighting alongside you. Distance may separate us but know we are there. I post this as the beginning because I never would have imagined when this photo was taken - we would be underway with this non-profit, I would have completed a 10k, and I would have signed myself up for a challenge of more than 19 miles... April 2026 - here we come.

Parkinson’s disease is such a difficult condition, and when my husband was diagnosed, it was heartbreaking for our whole family. Watching someone you love face the challenges of Parkinson’s is never easy, and we wanted to find additional support for him.Our family doctor recommended that we look into NaturePath Clinic, so we decided to learn more about their herbal program. From the beginning, we appreciated the care, kindness, and support we received throughout the process.I’m sharing our experience because I know how difficult it can be to find support when someone you love is living with Parkinson’s. Every family’s experience is different, but we are grateful for the encouragement and support NaturePath Clinic has provided to our family. ❤️
