Refund Policy

The Parky Club, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving the southwest Virginia region. We value your support and are committed to transparency. The Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for donations and merchandise purchases.
1. Donations

All donations made to The Parky Club, Inc. are non-refundable.

Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be returned, as funds are immediately allocated to support our mission of providing awareness, support, and education for those affected by Parkinson's disease.

If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, as we will work with you to correct the issue.
2. Fundraising Merchandise Purchases

All fundraising merchandise sales (including T-shirts and other items) are final.

Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if:

The item is defective, or

The wrong item/size was shipped due to our error.

To request a refund or exchange for merchandise, you must contact us within i14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.
3. Event Registrations

Event fees, if any, are generally non-refundable. In the case of event cancellations, we will provide options such as credit toward a future event, converting the fee to a donation, or refunding the registration at or discretion.
